Diokles
Diokles Villa has its name from an ancient amphora stamped handle found near Costinesti. The stamp 'DIOKLES' reffers to an ancient clay jar maker that lived in one of the Greece islands and exported his valuable jars up to the Parthenopolis (a small greek colony later developed as Costinesti).

In 2008 a small portion of ancient wall was reconstructed in the courtyard using huge block of stones unearthed by modern 'develpers' and abandoned after.
In 2007 the villa was terminated. It has a limited number of available rooms (only 5) so book on time. We focus on equilibrium of life.
Here you can be environment friendly! You can find here 4 boxes for Plastic, Paper, Metal and Glass for an easy recycling. Also, the water heating system is based on 2 modern vacuum tubes pannels in order to avoid pollution.
As an experiment, in 2008 - despite the small area of the courtyard (500 sqm) a small surface was planted with eco products. You can also find here a beautifull Terranova (Neufy) dog.
